Raby Bay Harbourside and my 3 Favourite Eateries …

Catch the occasional dugong along these shores … if you keep an eye out for them.

You can drive to Raby Bay or take a train to the most scenic railway station in Queensland, in my eyes anyway – the Cleveland railway station, which opens out to Raby Bay itself. Read More

My Pictorial Journey through … South East Asia
South East Asia or SEA consists of the south-eastern portion of Asian countries. They include Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar (Burma), Laos, Brunei and Timor-Leste (Timor East).

Whilst I have not been to all the countries in South East Asia, let me share my pictorial experiences on some of the more popular destinations …

Meander along the Mekong River, South Vietnam, in a pole-propelled boat; too narrow for a motorised boat to navigate on … then lunch along the Mekong River on the freshest fish and vegetables, just caught in front of you & cooked to perfection within minutes; right before your eyes. Tai Chi-Good Health & Well-being

Tai Chi for good health and well-being …

It was predicted to rain … but the weather was kind to us.

Dawn broke sunny and dry; 17°C and cloudless.

7.30 Sunday morning, we assembled at Cleveland Point Park overlooking Moreton Bay, and started our warm-up routine.

Maybe all 22 of us are a bit crazy; fronting up that early on Sunday, but we all can agree that after every Tai Chi session, we feel invigorated and definitely experience more mobility in our joints and improved muscular strength in the long run.

Otherwise, we would not be coming back for more! Read More
